Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Please cancel your appointment by 4pm the day before.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you are unable to cancel your appointment by then you may be charged 50% if the time cannot be rescheduled.  If you cancel the same day you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.  

No-shows

If I arrive at your house and you are not there you will be charged 100% of your massage.  I will call you to see where you are and if I can’t reach you I will stay close by until 30 minutes into your appointment, at that point you will be charged for your missed appointment.
